During treatment for his back, Homer realizes he has a tremendous opera voice, but he can only sing while lying on his back. Regardless, Mr. Burns hires him for the Springfield Opera House and a star is born. Homer gains a large following of fans including a woman named Julia, who turns out to be an obsessive stalker.
